3. Our Response to Takedown Notices

Upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will take the following actions:

Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
Notify the user who posted the material of the takedown request and provide them with an opportunity to submit a counter-notice.

4. Counter-Notification Procedures

If a valid counter-notice is received, we may restore the removed content within 10-14 business days unless the original complainant notifies us of legal action to restrain the content.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy
